I have never read such nonsense in my life with regards to bad reviews. This office is nothing short of fantastic I switched my entire family here years ago with ZERO regrets. Everything from the staff to the way they handle payment via Insurance policy to the superb service of DR Henein is amazing. My son has a huge fear of needles and the way she made him feel and how she spoke to him was beyond my expectations. Lets just say he now will go without fear. Please folks do yourself a favour go for a consultation before you listen to the above and conclude for yourself.

Too bad I can't give 6/5 stars! Dr. Rick is hands down is the best dentist anyone and their family can have. He is straightforward and up front. If he says you need something done, you know it has to be done and that he can be trusted to do a perfect job. He is meticulous and will not tolerate anything but perfection. He is as painless as a dentist can get. He pre-freezes; you don't see any needle- you hardly feel it and if preferred, he has laughing gas! I bring my whole family, including my older parents from Toronto because he is well worth the trip(s)! I usually don't fill out these things but I can't not do this for Dr. Rick.

I was hesitant to visit any dentist fearing shame due to the prolonged time between check ups! Dr. Fernandes and his team made me feel very welcomed and dealt with our insurance companies in a very professional manner. I must also add that during this time we lost a beloved pet family member. When Dr. Fernandes found out he took time in his busy schedule to chat with me in his office and offer supportive listening.

i am the one who is the most afraid of going to dentist. Here comes that midnight dental pain which everyone fear off ..
I called up Oak Ridges in the morning for urgent appointment. In spite of busy schedule, their front office accommodated me.
I was told to get Root canal done .. I'm not sure I've ever had a dentist quite like at this location. He was unbelievably good at what he did. There was no pain and even so he asked every minute which was a bit reassuring since I knew if I needed it I could get more anesthetic.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ...

My visits to River Oaks are always entertaining. My hygienist and dentist are both very professional and friendly. They are so good, my 6 year old and 4 year old love to go the dentist. My kids refer to Dr. O'Malley as Dr. O'Malley the Alley Cat! :)
