Saw Dr. Parker at this clinic for the first time (went to the same dentist for 22 years before moving here from Georgia) and left very happy. They took x-rays and not only did he have me watch him check them (and explained very clearly what was what), he even took pictures of any suspicious spots that showed up with a little camera. The pictures were displayed on a tv screen right in front of the chair. He was so thorough about showing me every little thing that it was very reassuring. I have heard horror stories of dentists saying you have cavities and need work where you don't just so they can milk the insurance company. I was not worried about that in the least here. Dr. Parker was very patient and answered every single one of my questions. The staff was very polite and helpful, even when I was "that customer" and had questions about every little charge since I'm new to being off mommy and daddy's insurance and have my own now. :)

I first went to his office as an emergency and he was the only one with an opening. But, I have to say that he is awesome. I have continued to go back to him for many years, he is always professional, but he also treats you like a person, not just a dollar amount in his pocket book. I recommend him every chance I get.

Dr. Wentz and his team are friendly! Although he said Invisalign would last 3-3 1/2 years while braces last for 2-2 1/2 years, although excellent service, Hopefully your dentist refers you to this extraordinary orthodontist! Great job guys!

After not being to a dentist in years, I went to see Dr. John Bast about a filling that had fallen out. He was very nice and explained what we needed to do to get it fixed. He walked me through procedures and made sure I was doing okay. He's a great dentist and has great assistants! I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. Thank you Dr. John!

Going to the dentist is never really that much fun, but Nicole made having my teeth cleaned far better than any cleaning I've ever experienced. The technology in the office is better than most dental offices in Fairbanks. Nicole took photographs of the areas I needed to concentrate on while cleaning my teeth, thus making the cleaning educational with an emphasis on prevention. She also showed me a disgusting book of photographs of poor hygiene, which I found hilarious, yet disturbing. Dr. Menard was personable and his office was pristine and up-to-date. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic for anyone seeking out professional and confident care.

The best dental office! Dr Lindstrom and Dr Sessom are great dentists that are gentle and very knowledgeable. They are all about patient care and your overall health. The staff Dr Lindstrom provides is hands down top notch. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I’m recommending Palmer Dental to all my friends, family and coworkers! I won’t be going anywhere else:)
