I went in terrified of the dentist with a mouth full of infected an bad n broken teeth he heed me relax an took great kare of me ...but now that I'm trying to go bak they never answer the phone or its broken so I will continue to call tell they answer

Dr Julien is a great dentist and he has a wonderful professional staff! He was quick and proficient and I am pleased with his work. Thank you!

I love the new facility! It's nice to be able to bring my family to deniana and have most of there medical needs takin care of down here on the peninsula instead of having to drive all the way to Anchorage. The staff are also so attentitive and considerate when i comes to my childrens health and medical care.

I was charged $400 for a simple eye exam, with Medicare being charged also, Medicare fraud? I will never go back

I have lived in Homer my whole life, and have seen most dentists in our area, many of whom I had less than ideal experiences with. I have extreme dental anxiety, no insurance, and a tight budget. I spoke with Eagle Dental a few times over the course of a week about payment plans, Care Credit, and the like. Before I was able to secure payment I found myself in immense pain at 7pm on a Thursday night, the same night Eagle Dental was having their office holiday party. Within HALF AN HOUR of my call, (his cell number is even on the answering machine for emergencies!) Dr. Bourne and his wonderful assistant were unlocking the door for me, and proceeded with an emergency appointment to help relieve my pain and fix my tooth. NO extra charge for coming in after hours, and they worked with me on payments. I can't say enough good things about this office or this dentist, and they accept Medicaid to boot! I would give more stars if I could, they absolutely earned it!

I don’t know what people are talking about!!!! I finally decided to give a review this is the third time ulmers Customer Service was rude, The last time was a assistant manager go figure I don’t have to give them my business Fred Meyer’s is just up the road and Amazon is at my fingertips you would think they would get it by now. I am hoping I do not have to walk in that store again. btw if you’re looking for something in there and don’t bother they never have it on the shelf... from experience I have been in there looking for ad items numerous times “oh we just ran out” and it’s the second day of the sale what ???? They must think we the customers are really stupid, so done !
