THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!! I Have to come here but if I had more options being that this is such a small town I would never come back here. The wait time is always way to long. Never have I waited less than 45 minutes just to have my presence acknowledged and checked in. The nurses that work there, most are rude and all are slow as f&#I! One had to actually go get assistant to run the machine that checks your blood pressure and temperature. Correct me if I'm wrong but this should be taught in chapter 1 of schooling. And if you have any hopes of finding an honest place keep looking because they'll just find more reasons to schedule you to come back so you can pay them money........
If you have the option please take my advice and attend a private practice

Dr. Kwon is amazing! Best dental experience both my husband and I have had in our lives. We got 3 wisdom teeth pulled and he was very gracious, kind and knowledgeable! He does fast, quality work, and he (patiently) explains everything he's doing. He made sure we were absolutely comfortable, and made it easy to stay calm and relaxed throughout the whole procedure. No wait time- we were seen on time. Also, making an appointment was quick and easy- they were able to schedule us the same day we called and requested. His staff members are great too! It's hard to find quality service like this now a days, and in this area. We're so glad we were able to find him! HIGHLY recommended.

During my vacation to the Big Island, Dr. Gaeta helped me through a situation where an old root canaled tooth had abscessed. Long story short, he was thorough, professional, quick and had great "chairside manner" and saved the rest of my vacay. I wish my dentist at home was half this good.

Apparently health care here is dependent on the type of insurance you have. They are accepting new patients, but not if you have HMSA Quest. Health care on this island is pretty messed up if when you really need it, you are turned away because of the type of insurance you have.
