Great customer service and great prices!!

I've shopped Spec's for my liquor needs since I was of age. My dad introduced me, so I was a customer before they arrived in the DFW area. This location has a varied selection, and it's close to what I'm accustomed to from Houston. The staff is inviting and they know their stuff. I was looking for a particular brand, but it wasn't carried in their store. The gentleman assisting me immediately offered me two other options, of which I purchased one. The only not so great part of my latest interaction was at the register. I'm a loyalty member, but the person didn't even ask until I looked down to enter my phone number. Consistent service is a game changer. Just follow the best practices.

It was nice & neat, very easy to get around. We were in & out quickly. Very friendly & helpful.

Lizbeth and her team do an absolutely top notch job for my restaurant. She has found specific bottles I have looked for, for years. I am so happy that they have added wholesale sales to restaurants. It is so much better to deal with a local company, and with people who will go out of their way to make sure you are perfectly satisfied.

This was my first time at this location. The selection is awesome. I got just what I wanted and even was able to try a new type of plum wine. The customer service was also very good. The lines move the little slow but, it is what it is. I completely enjoyed my experience.

The gentleman that helped my sister and I was very knowledgeable and kind I don't remember his name but very tall and slender young man that worked there I bet if you asked people would know whom he is

I had the garlic rolls which melts in your mouth and the barbeque egg rolls delicious.

Nice little liquor store, has a great selection. Be careful on a Saturday night though, may get groped by a drunk Mexican lady...(females) she didn't pick pocket my gum that she was groping in my back pocket so I was able to attain fresh breath while drinking a few ones.
