Great Electrical company

They don’t call you back. Spoke to electrician who came out to house regarding service upgrade. Called me back in the evening saying that their supervisor/manager who deals with service upgrades said it shouldn’t be too much of an issue to do overhead upgrade but will confirm. Called electrician back 2 days later for an update but he basically told me to be patient. Never got a call back. Service upgrade completed with another company within 2 weeks. Seems like a big company with a lot of workers but communication between their electricians and management needs to improve. Edit: Shortly after this review I got a call from management to apologize and offered me some additional services. Review updated from 1 to 3 stars.

Garner Electric in Redmond, OR and Bend, OR is a team of experienced electricians who got the job I needed done in a timely and professional manner.

We had an electrical problem that we couldn't figure out. We called Northwest Electric and they agreed to fit us in between other jobs. John came and tested all of our GFCI outlets, climbed in out attic, did lots of thorough troubleshooting before identifying a faulty GFCI outlet. John was professional, thorough, and worked very hard to identify the problem! Debbie ,Michael and everyone from Landers electric have provided professional and friendly service. 1915 craftsman. ... service line, circuit box, outdoor wiring for heat pumps, removal knob tube wiring, outlets, ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fan, lighting, and timers. They always had a can do attitude. Explained all work, and pricing. No problems with work, or service 5 years.

Replaced the power pole at my house and cut the phone line. I live in a no cell service area and Telus can't fix it for week but Allteck said it would be fixed same day. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

One of those rare companies with staff that puts honesty and integrity above profits , went above and beyond for me and quite possibly saved me hundreds of dollars , will absolutely use them again if I need any work done !

Primus crew upgraded all shop lighting in my building. What a change! LEDs are amazing. Primus crew was very polite, efficient ,tidy and very quick . A big thank you to Ben, Devon and TJ. Fantastic work
