I've met the senior staff Kayce who asked so many personal questions during the interview. Even after i politely expressed my unwillingness to give that information, she still continued asking it again without explaining why I must tell her. I have three to four years of work experience in Canada and have knowledge of local labor laws. Someone asking questions like a teenager should not be put on that senior position. In the interview, she introduced me one potential employer and she promised me she will let me know if there are more other positions suitable for me. However she simply disappeared after our meeting. No reply to my message nothing. I wish she could have told me her company has nothing available for me at that time rather than promising me something and doing nothing

I deal with Altis from the employer side and they have always been great. I need coverage at the last minute and they have never let me down. Their rates are super competitive and they are one of the only places that called me back while I was searching for a staffing agency.
