We had major problems with our Outback system. Fortunately we found Energy Options. They came to our off grid house right away, and continue excellent customer service. If the house owner would make up his mind what he wants, Energy Options would be done and all problems solved. Our system is working as good as it can until the house owner allows more panels, batteries, etc to be installed. Scott the General Mgr, Bruce and all other employees are extremely knowledgeable, caring, dependable, kind, and professional.

AMSolar has provided outstanding technical support and sourcing as I’ve gone from (on our 5th wheel) a single lead acid battery to an integrated solar/lithium battery bank/shore power system with excellent controls and easy monitoring. They start adding value to a project before any money is spent- I learned a lot by reading their extensive diy resources. That allowed me to submit a support ticket for a new system. I’d send Steve Cooper (on of their great tech support staff) questions or photos of my current stuff or a draft wiring schematic, and he responded quickly and with great instructions. Once the overall system was spec’d—this is an area where AMSolar really shines because they help match the system to my goals, source quality components, and bundle them in logical kits—the ordering and shipping process went smoothly. Once I unpacked everything there was another round of questions because the mfg (Victron) of the components doesn’t write manuals with diy in mind. There are a lot of connections to make! I got all these questions answered by Steve. The install went smoothly. I basically worked toward the goal of minimizing the switchover time from the old to the new-the RV is our home. I made an appt with Steve for the day of the install. Once I made the final connections that morning, Steve got on the phone with me and setup an online portal with Victron so he could see my system. There are a lot of settings to make, and I could rely on his input. We also had one alarm condition to work through. After we ran the system a few months I finished by adding a few more solar panels and lithium batteries. This was very easy to do because the solar controller etc were sized with the final system in mind. Since this work in late 2022, I’ve had a few learning moments pop up, when something unexpected happened, and it was great to get quick answers from AMSolar. Our system is truly integrated. I can check on it if needed remotely. The Cerbo color display inside our rig is very easy to use! I am an experienced diy and had done some wiring before but this was quite a learning experience. For me this was a good route, tapping into AMSolar’s experience (instead of spending countless hours looking for sources and answers online and hoping I got it right) and doing the install myself. I’ll add a few pics below. The lithium batteries are inside the grey cover I built. I also have a few smaller components in my front basement, but I put most in the main basement because it gets some heat and cooling. Our cat was monitoring my inside work when I was working on the main panel connections in a bathroom wall!

Although I haven't had to deal with the maintenance and install issues I see others have, I wanted to leave a review about my experience with the customer service side of Semper Solaris. Mark Ivory talked to me about options for solar panels and gave me good and honest information. He answered all of my questions and explained how the process works, including all the pros and cons. I think Semper Solaris is lucky to have such a great rep working for them!

I have installed my solar system via IES. I am very happy with the installation and support the IES team has given me. The installation looks very professionally done and I highly recommend IES to other potential solar customers!

Bought 600w system through Lowe’s. We live off grid in the crown of Maine. Joshua at Grape Solar has been excellent to guide us through the install. We can run refrigerator phones and lights. Grape Solar Beats the $20,000 power company wanted plus monthly charges. We are very happy. Incredible customer service!!

Unified Solar and Roofing just completed our damaged roof re-lay and then installed solar on my home. These guys are very professional and detail oriented. Mark, Eric, Brian(solar) and Diego(roofing) kept me we'll informed throughout the entire project. They do beautiful work. Looked at several companies, they weren't the cheapest, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" applies here in my opinion. Very pleased with the end result and my average $350.00 SDG&E bill is now currently $4 with 7 days left in the cycle. Quality company.

I was very happy with the service Mark provided on repairing our Solar system. It had been out of service for about 3 months and he repaired and replaced necessary parts of the system.

Victor and Chris were great! Very polite installers. The quality of the roof was very nice as well. I am thoroughly pleased with the finished product.
