I had met someone who takes charge of the new students applying for their esthetician program, I have never seen such bad college in my life, ever! They don't respect students who apply for student loan, I tried to email them asking questions about the student loan, and they didn't response at all, and then for the second time, I emailed them to refund the fees to me, and hasn't got any reply yet, totally disappointed.

Have done two facials here and I always feel amazing. I really can’t believe my skin can feel so soft. They use good quality products, not the cheap stuff and that makes a difference.

Alana gives the BEST facials on the Peninsula. I've been going to her once a month for years and won't give up that time for all the money in the world. She is professional and her spa facilities are meticulously clean and has a relaxing, serene atmosphere.

Not only was I happy with the haircut Hana gave me but I received a few unsolicited compliments on it. I'll be back.

Bought the Groupon that indicates there is one location, downtown on Johnson street. After contacting the owner not only does she have limited availability and responds slowly to phone messages/text messages, she informed me that the laser service is not offered downtown and is at another address. I found this to be inconvenient especially since the groupon clearly says 744 Johnson street. I asked the owner about it, never heard back, and requested a refund from Groupon. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I was a bit nervous about having my eyelashes tinted for the first time but Kara was great! I loved how my eyelashes and my eyebrow shaping turned out. I would definitely recommend SkinKara.

Received a gift card for Spa Luxe but since they shut down, they transferred their clients and staff to The Estheticians. Had a lovely facial and looking forward to returning.

BEAWRE..do not trust this company Sharmi mislead me on doing a lip filler and told me to upgrade she said it will last 12 months but on the paper work it said 6 months so she a fruad.guys it did not even last 2 weeks I believe she is using cheap low quality fillers from China.i have reported this company to trading standards.they have also ignored all my emails and told me I can’t make a complaint.if any one wants to see before after pics you can contact me.I Will Be taking this company to small claims could as they have refused give me a refund...please don’t ask me to contact you as I have sent plenty of emails and you guys have continued to ignore me
