Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a $3000 sweeper that did not work right from day one and they will not deal with it. I would never recommend anyone to walk in their doors.

This is where I bought my serger. Customer service at the absolute best. It’s like going for a visit rather than going shopping. Material selection for quilting in particular is fabulous. I love the various projects displayed around the store and really just how pretty it all looks. The staff are all educators and are eager to show and tell tips to helping with my projects even though I’m not a quilter. I plan to take a class or two here in the Fall.

Sales rep said with the warranty I'm protected against Acts of God, lightning, and disintegrating laser beams as long as chair is still intact, he knows how to upsell.

So this place is great. I only went for remnants but they were so well priced. I'd definitely go here again.
