Customer service is out of this world fantastic. I placed an order late Saturday night (during burning man, which should be their off season!) and I asked for a substitution on the color of my scale mail. Around 10pm their time, I get an email from Jodey, kindly letting me know that she would take care of it and it's not a problem. The following day I emailed her back because I foolishly forgot to include my apartment number on my shipping address. Again, a super prompt email (on a Sunday) just to reassure me that all is well. This is my first order directly through them but I've used their scales and rings before and the quality is excellent. Their customer service is impeccable and I'm very much looking forward to ordering from them and recommending them to fellow crafters in the future!
