We came across RichCasa by chance when looking for a place to do custom drapery for our living room windows. After having visited numerous stores, we were ready for the typical responses when we went in. However, Monika and Anuj immediately impressed us by providing unique suggestions that we had not thought of before based on our description of the space. It goes without saying that we were very happy with their range of fabrics and hardware, and their prices were beyond reasonable. With regards to the installation, everything arrived exactly on schedule and was done impeccably. We absolutely love the finished look and have no complaints whatsoever regarding the entire process. Friendly helpful service from Alexandra. Very knowledgeable about the fabrics I was looking at. After listening to my needs she worked very hard to find a great fabric at a good price. Workmanship on the chair cushions is very professional. Delivery date was met as promised. This is truly the place to go for your home decor.

They have all fabrics you needed

Not inexpensive, and not quality made either. Cushions flattened out after little use. Fabric seemed to wear well which was a positive, furniture was kept for 4 years but we were constantly having to fluff it up or straighten out folds in the fabric. After a short while it just looked tired despite being used very little.

After going through all the poor reviews, I would like to let everyone know that after the company adopted the new system, the entire team is making efforts to get the orders done as quickly as possible. They had to adopt this system because the older one was out dated. They updated the system to help their customers, workers and they are trying to be user friendly with the system. But unfortunately, there are some bugs in the system which slows it down. But, from the day when new warehouse manager took the charge, things are getting under control and customers are receiving their orders on time. I do believe in them, and their steadiness will definately be proved good. The CEO - JIM ENNIS has invested a lot for the system so that he can serve his customers better. Good luck team.
