ordered through amazon, goods didn't turn up despite being marked as posted. Company completely ignored emails and phone calls. Had a get a refund from Amazon in the end.

Ordered made to measure curtains for my home. They came to my home and measured all my windows. The curtains were prepared within 2 weeks as agreed and were fitted. Great service and communication. The materials are good quality. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

We ran short on fabric at the NEC found FabricUK a local company in Birmingham UK.. Honestly can not thank the lads here enough even though they close at 6pm we ordered and got the fabric delivered to the NEC within 2 hours!! Thank You guys you will definitely hear from us again!

Very poor customer service, after visiting the shop 5 times with a total of 9 phone calls, over a 2 months period, I still did not receive my fabric. Met with ridiculous excuses and unkept promises. Unless they have the fabric in store I wouldn't bother wasting your time.

Absolutely poor. Everything poor. Unprofessional, ended up having a argument with the woman over the phone. Fist she tells me she don't think they are for me as thiinimum requirement is too high, from just me saying, do they have a set location. Her assuming am young and so I tell her her that was very stereotypical land not very nice, and she says my tone of voice is rude from her having nothing to say. I would keep away
