I generally work 9 - 5:30 M-F So in reality... I have 30 minutes (on Friday only) to get out of work, in my truck and drive like an a**h*** to get there by 5:58. Just seen a commercial regarding how "Personalized" banking here is??? Is that so?!?!? Where was said "Personalized" banking when you kept charging fees on an inactive account.... FOR 12 MONTHS! (Especially after your employee assured me there will be no fees as its inactive.) Where I bank now, I'm not a customer.. I'm a member.

For years, we had a Financial Advisor who did a so so job, but stayed on because well, we did. I am now a single senior who has never quite understood the financial world and ready for a change.
