I generally work 9 - 5:30 M-F
So in reality... I have 30 minutes (on Friday only) to get out of work, in my truck and drive like an a**h*** to get there by 5:58.
Just seen a commercial regarding how "Personalized" banking here is??? Is that so?!?!? Where was said "Personalized" banking when you kept charging fees on an inactive account.... FOR 12 MONTHS!
(Especially after your employee assured me there will be no fees as its inactive.)
Where I bank now, I'm not a customer.. I'm a member.

As a student this is a great place to open a bank for yourself and usually not busy for when you would want to do any banking
