Flooring

Great service and high quality products.

I would not recommend based on our recent experience with hardwood stairs. They struggled to find a stain to match the wood we selected and were told that if we didn't like the last stain they tried, it would be up to us to find a better match. For a place that provides custom stairs, this is not a statement I would expect. We ended up having to settle for a stain darker than we wanted. Aside from the stain colour, they added an extra $600 onto the cost without consulting us, when I asked why they didn't call they responded that they didn't want to hold up the closing of our house. A five minute phone call would have been appreciated, and they justified the extra cost by looking through the email quote for a loop hole. If you plan to use hardwood depot make sure you have a formal quote that includes every detail. My final comment is on the quality of the install, the posts are not flush with the flooring, very disappointed with the quality.

Perfect. Inside and out. Bought lumber for home project. Tks.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff were personable and willing to arrange prompt service. A broad range of flooring options were in stock, allowing us to view, book and install within days. The I itself was priced as quoted, so there were no last minute surprises. The finished floor was professionally installed and looked pretty as a picture!

I recently had my floors refinished by this company. The service was excellent and the finished floors are beautiful. I found their company by googling online, and I will definitely recommend Lamont and his his team !!
