Flooring

We recently had new vinyl flooring put over ceramic in our kitchen, front hall , and powder room Dave and Robert were great. We had to resolve a few issues but the job looks really good. My wife is very happy with how if all worked out and we will certainly use them again

great selection, knowledgeable sales staff, excellent service, excellent installation!!!!

berber carpet installed with gold underpad $2.50 a square foot on sale now

Id have to say the best and largest selection of modern and rustic flooring an kitchen cabinets I could find in my glance in the kawarthas! My cottage looks great I wouldn't go with anyone else! Also the staff were very knowledgeable!

Always a pleasure dealing with the team at Wagg's!

I can't comment on the work this company does because I cancelled the job after paying my deposit. However, I can tell you how difficult and time consuming it was to try to get my money back. Ten days after paying $325 deposit we decided not to refinish the floor. I called to ask for a refund and was told by Pauline she had never had that request before and didn't know how to do it. I called at least six more times over a five week period and was told alternately that the computer was working or the internet was down. When I offered to drive to the office I was told they had no cash on site and Pauline didn't have signing privileges to write a cheque. When I finally was credited $300 I called to ask about the discrepancy and was told there was a $25 processing fee. At no time in our previous conversations was that ever mentioned and I was never given any paper work that outlined terms. There was never any apology or offer to try to resolve the issue. Based on this experience I would never consider using them.

Beautiful flooring

Thank you so much to Justin and Rob for a job beautifully done! We hired Burdick flooring to sand and refinish our hardwood floors and the job was done professionally, on time and with a smile! Many thanks to both of you for your advice, knowledge and attention to detail. Our floors turned out better than we could ever have imagined. If you are considering having your floors refinished, we highly recommend Burdick flooring, you will not be disappointed!
