We had new hardwood flooring put in last summer. There was a large long bump on the floor in one room. We were told to wait for a couple of months to see if the bump went down. It didn't. I've called the store numerous times always leaving a message. Each time I call them, I get told they are very busy. We went back to the store and explained our situation once again. Still no call back from these people. I called again from home, left a message once more....This has gone on way to long with NO CALL BACK!
This company obviously will NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK!!
For that reason, I don't recommend them at all.
