Flooring

Went to get pricing on different paints and bases, had some questions about different textures and application on different surfaces, I had a positive experience, the questions that were not know, was quickly answered because the staff contacted one of the store Representatives that deal directly with the store about paint. I needed metalatex, and it's been ordered.

Very friendly staff and the store is well kept

Very convenient. Visited their website to locate the products we need, and found them with no time.

We purchased carpeting today and Steven in that department helped us through out the entire process. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We needed lots of guidance and had lots of questions. Couldn’t have done it without him.

I had an appointment with Lana for 10 AM on August 15, 2017. I waited and waited for her. No call to say she was running late, etc. I called Floor Coverings International and was transferred to Lana's cell number. I wasn't able to leave a message as her mailbox was full. She never showed up or called. Poor customer service. Will NOT recommend to friends or family.

I feel confident using George Hoose & his services as he vets his employees (definitely an edge over local flooring competitors). I like that they offer financing & bring the materials to you!

I am a return customer. Great selection, friendly service and great prices. No pressure to buy. Highly recommend to check this place out before you buy anywhere else.

Bought carpet here in 1997. They were friendly and easy to work with. Installers did great job. Then used them in 2017. They are still great. Worked around my schedule and even installed on a Saturday morning. I wold purchase again.

Great prices friendly sales staff

We knew we found the right contractor as soon as we contacted Cleveland Hardwood Flooring. He was in the neighborhood and came by within an hour of contacting him. Besides being a very personable and kind person, his knowledge of wood and quick estimate made the whole experience wonderful. His price was so fair that we knew we didn't need or want more estimates. We researched Cleveland Hardwood Flooring prior to making any calls. They were highly recommended. We had 60 year old wood refinished throughout our entire home. Zoltan then laid and stained new hardwood in our master bedroom. This was a very big job. We had no idea how they could accomplish the refinishing with all the furniture, and the fact that every room was being refinished. I am still not sure how he accomplished the details. He and his crew were here every morning by 7:30 a.m. The job was completed within the timeframe promised. The job was completed a week ago. I had a few extra thresholds I wanted put in and stained. Zoltan was here today to finish the extra work. Rarely, have we come across a contractor that is as trustworthy, reliable, clean, and very experienced. I'm absolutely thrilled with all of the hardwood, the old and new. I will highly recommend Cleveland Hardwood Flooring to all. We are happy to be used as references. You will not be disappointed with this hardwood flooring company or it's owner, Zoltan Onodi.

Wonderful staff and owner, great work, family owned business.

, great place professional and polite service for you to get all your farm supplies pet supplies and Duds AKA clothes

They did a wonderful job carpeting our motorhome. They went above and beyond in their service. I thank them greatly for helping our dream come true.

We had them come do our garage floor last year in November. I contacted them back on July 8th as some of the clear coating is coming off. I sent them pictures on this day per their request. I did not hear anything from them until July 28th and they said they would come out and look. They did not come out until August 22nd. This is the last I have heard from them since that day. Very disappointing! If they would have come out and recoated the areas this review would be very different.
