They put my kitchen backsplash in two months ago. Still waiting for two electrical outlet covers. Called several times and they do not call me back. Stopped by their store several times. Never there. No signage on the door.

The end product was not what I expected. Nails sticking up, staples left in floor, holes in floor still. Took longer to finsh than what was quoted and unprofessional service. The end price was a rip off.
its been a year if not longer and some of the boards that were replaced in the floor are coming up again.

It's been almost 3 months and my mom is still waiting to have her carpet and linoleum installed. Apparently they don't want to pull up the carpet they glued down years ago. I would never recommend this place. Better off going to Lowe's or Menards. You may pay a little more but at least it would be done by now. Poor customer service.
