Flooring

One of the best floor waxers all around! Wouldn't trust my floors to anyone else!

This place is terrible! I had a date to install carpet and the installers showed up, tore all the old carpet up, and told me that the roof was leaking and they couldn't install it until the leak was fixed. I had a roofer look at it and there was no leak at all. I called James Flooring back to schedule the install. They told me they would be at my house at 9:30 - 10 am. I got a call saying they were running behind and would be at my house at noon. They show up a little before 1 AM. About 2 hours into the job they told me that they would not be able to finish on that day and they would have to come back tomorrow. After they left, I found they had screwed up one of my closet doors. A large chunk of wood was missing. The door can not be reinstalled and will have to be replaced. They also scratched up my my hardwood floor moving furniture. I had to pay extra for them to move it. They also left black hand prints on my daughter's white closet door. I have tried to work this out with the company and I was accused of sending there installers away and I should have let them install carpet in the rooms where they said there was a leak. All I wanted was them to install the carpet correctly and fix the stuff they broke. I guess that is too much to ask.

Because of Zach!

Tried to get a quote. Got referred to a guy with another number who answered "hello". Acted like he didn't even want to install flooring for me. Said "you can call me back later if you want". Tried to pressure me into buying wood from him. Tried to spend money on their service but found it difficult.

Helpful, Professional. Definitely exceeded our expectations. They not only started sooner than expected, but finished In about half the time expected. Jason was a huge help, and seemed to be as concerned, if not more concerned, that we found a floor that we loved. We have dogs and with that was the concern of the damage they can inflict. The floor he recommended is holding up better than our last and cleans up awesome. An example of exceeding our expectations, Jason and his installer met on several occasions to come up with a solution to a difference in floor to make our baseboard and door casings look great. See attached before / after picture. Highly recommend

Absolutely job well done. I would highly recommend United Floor Fashions. The crew was hard working and trustworthy. Definately A++ service.

I was greeted by several employees Joey and a ypung man work self scan area. Both employees were great.

VERY happy with my garage floor. I was afraid I would be limited as to what colors I could choose for my floor, but I was very happy to find out just how much of a selection they had. They're even customizable. Amazing job overall. Very deserving of the 5 stars.

Great mats!
