Flooring

They do an exceptional job at cleaning carpets. I could not be happier with their service.

The installers at Big Bob's are hands down the best!

Overpriced (wood cost per sq ft was several dollars above market prices). Sent two Hispanic installers who did not speak much English without a project manager or anybody I spoke to, out to a 3500 sq ft install. (I have nothing against Hispanic people) Avoid this company like the plague

Family run business with years of expertise, and a personal touch at affordable prices.

Your typical hardware store. A great selection and friendly staff. Prices are about what your average mom and pop store charges.

Great place

I signed a contract with this company on 7/20/20 in the amount of $14500 to complete a patio in my backyard. Based on the type of loose stones that they used, the 20 year warranty seemed very attractive to me. They claimed I voided this warranty by not having it power washed. During the summer of 2021, the stones were starting to come up simply by washing it with a hose. By the end of this year, the problem became a lot worse as the stones were starting to go into my inground swimming pool. I called and started to receive text messages from a person named Gabbi. She asked me a question and asked if I power washed the deck and said No as the stones were starting to come up simply by washing it with my hose last year and continued to get progressively worse this year. According to the contract, the Warranty section clearly says - "can be" cleaned yearly by a power washer - not "must". The owner clearly did not want to deal with me. They are a disgrace!

Best selection in cabinets( multiple brands with cheaper prices then other places), countertops ( granite, marble and laminate), and flooring ( hard wood, vinyl, carpet, water proof, ceramic and porcelain). The customer service was grate and they even did a 3d view of the kitchen so I could see how it would look before buying. Would really recommend if you want good cabinets and flooring at good prices.

First time getting carpet installed. Good experience. Affordable & quick. Friendly service. We picked out a carpet for our stairs at their outlet store and scheduled the installation.
