Extremely quick, professional, and fair. The carpet was picked out and installed in 3 days. Roger (the owner), was very helpful and measured the room countless times to make sure everything was exact. The carpet looks great and I can't appreciate their help enough. Thanks Again!

Wood Works of Renfrew

New management and new spirit at Wood Works of Renfrew!! This community minded generous company deserves 10 stars (but they only let me give them 5). Thanks for being there when we needed you the most and caring for the homeless and what Matt does on the Duck Adventure. Truly an inspiration to all businesses in Renfrew.

He did great work in terms of the installation of flooring; however he was a bit sloppy in terms of dinging/damaging floorboards and he had an extremely poor attitude.

Absolutely disgusting how to employees act like a bunch of animals not how you act when associated with a company.
the boss of the company is very respectable when I told him about the situation. But no action were taken about their horrible employees. Please do not go with this company.

I could not be more impressed with this company, Mandy specifically, since she's the person I dealt with. I'm an interior decorator in Burlington and I was trying to find a retailer with excellent pricing that I could purchase Karndean luxury vinyl tiles from. Board of Your Flooring has the best prices I could find, and I was able to place my order over the phone and pick up at the Burlington warehouse of the supplier. Part of my order was not in stock, and Mandy took my concerns seriously. She arranged for the rest of my order to be couriered from the US so as not to delay the renovation of my client's home. She saved my skin! I will not hesitate to order from this company in the future. One day when I'm in the area, I plan to stop in and meet this lovely person :)
