Returns are never fun but they made it right.
I recently purchased three Ryobi 18v Li-ion batteries, two of the 4Ah and one of the 1.5Ah. The little one and one of the big ones wouldn't take or hold a charge. It was a combined online order and a purchase from the HD on Sunset that I'd lost the receipt for.
It took a lil bit but they let me make my case and I left with the charger and the three functional batteries that I paid for. Extra points (a return to 5 stars) for letting me test the replacements in-store to be sure they'd work this time :)

The quick disconnect heater hose on my suv started to leak yet again. Picked up a 5/8 x 1/2 x 5/8 tee, hose cutter & clamps. 45 minutes later im back on the road. It's not pretty, but it works.
