So sorry guys I hate leaving bad reviews for local business, however, that said How I managed to put up with what a nightmare I went through just to have a staircase installed was just so unacceptable. Looks like an attorney will be involved before this is settled. Installation was great when you finally got around to it. Over a month and a half later. I missed 2 days work over scheduling. Get your act together. Passed the buck from person to person when no answers available. By the way carpet is A-1 which is why I went there in the first place.

I highly recommend working with Floor To Ceiling. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into their showroom. I am working on remodeling my kitchen and had no idea where to start. Nicole helped me pick out my cabinets & backsplash and I can't wait to get my project started!

Josh and his team did a amazing job on our 104 year old floors. They're artist's no other way to describe what they did for us. They matched the existing wood floor and removed a entire tiled room and interlaced new wood with our existing floors with incredible results. FYI We had to change our start date several times due to remodeling delays in our kitchen and they were totally understanding, they fit us into their schedule without delay and finished on time. Could not be happier with the results. True professionals.

Our floors were so bad we were considering wall to wall carpet. Mike and Ryan Imel are either master craftsmen or magicians. These floors required a lot of patching, lacing in, insect repair and artistry to look good again and they did it all. Not only are their skills exceptional, their values are refreshing. When we were first getting bids (and I got several) we told Mike we wanted a particular finish (Glitza). He was very knowledgeable with all the different finishes and gave us an abundance of information, encouraging us to use a less toxic material. We ended up going with his recommendation and I am so glad we did. It is beautiful and we could live in our house right afterward without the terrible smell. I also want to mention the admirable work ethic I observed with Imel & Sons. They came when they said they would, did more than they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, they even came on Thanksgiving day. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

We worked with Alex to put in carpet for our master and for a kid's room. A few years before that we had used them for another room. They were great, very professional and easy to work with. I'm calling them again to do another part of the house. Their installation guys were meticulous!

Second time in over ten years - same high standards and product. Would not consider another flooring company though some are less expensive. If perfection is the goal, this is the company to choose. Plan to be out of area for three days however!!!! End results worth it!
