D.A. Flooring Solutions transformed our Malibu condo into a thing of beauty! The execution of our overall vision was remarkable. It included new wood flooring throughout, new cabinets, countertops, and appliances in the kitchen, a new bathroom vanity, and a completely overhauled bathroom. Dave was practically omnipresent throughout the process. Always on time, his care of and commitment to his clientele was immediately apparent from our first meeting with him. Both knowledgeable and personable, there were few calls that he didn't immediately answer, and those he always returned promptly. What's more, the remodel was completed on time and on budget. As with any project of this nature, there were some unexpected surprises and delays that were beyond Dave's control, and he managed them masterfully. He truly exceeded our expectations. Allowed to return $453 in merchandise. Then 4 minutes after I left they voided the gift card they put the money on. It's been a month and I'm still fighting with them to get either the money or the merchandise back. I have had them also decline returns on thing I had receipts for , saw blades and stuff, things you would normally expect to be able to return. I have quite a few friends with similar stories about Home Depot. Don't know what's going on with this store, but it ain't good. BTW it doesn't matter which location their all the all the same.

Florence is a town of about 8,000 people, so it can't support the big box stores whose prices are cheaper on some things. This store fills a huge gap for hardware items and has much in the way of nuts, bolts that cost the same or less than in Eugene. Fred Meyer and Bi-mart offer household items such as fans, heaters and lumber items are available at two lumber yards in town and those items are generally less there. With the internet available to check pricing, check them all out and see who has the best value in the time frame you have. You will not have to wait 10 minutes in line like you will in Eugene to get served. They also recycle fluorescent lamps here by the way. Additional--I went there this morning looking for a propane torch, even though only a small selection was listed on the web site. I found the same one that was listed on Home Depot for about the same price. The True Value mail ad, however, had a 40% of coupon on a single item turning a $16 item into a $10 one, an offer not available at Home Depot.
