Flooring

We have used JW Floor Covering a couple of times when they were specified by Home Depot. Each time the scheduling was haphazard. The installers did not arrive when they were schedule nor were we notified of the change. When we called to find out out when they were coming we were promised a second time and the installers were still late in arriving. Both times the work crew was undermanned and the work took considerably longer than estimated by JW Floor Covering. The installers wound up rushing the work in the second half of the install in order to finish in the evening so they wouldn't have to come back a second time. As a consequence much of the work was poorly done. This included bad seams, uneven edges under the base board. gaps at corners because the carpet wasn't cut correctly and incomplete cleanup. I would not recommend purchasing carpet from Home Depot nor using JW Flooring.
