Despite the website stating I would be provided a quote. Initially, the Milpitas team said I would not be given one. They wanted us to be physically present to discuss the quote. After I complained, I received one. We received 5 quotes from other sources. Lumber Liquidators was the only one that exaggerated the square footage of our home. Not only did they extremely over state the size of our home, the quote was substantially lower than others. This is highly unprofessional and dishonest. I demanded the $25 I had to pay for the estimate. Since I have not heard from them, I will contact the CEO and other executives. Compared to other quotes, this was the least professional and least honest.
