We, would like to take this time to tell the world about our experience working with TS Construction on building our custom dream home in Fairbanks, Alaska. To start off we contacted Tim to set up a time to speak with him in regards to our options on building our home, we brought in a floor plan that my wife and I drew up and a list of wants and needs. Tim offered some great advice on floor plan flow and cost effectiveness of building for our environment. We could immediately tell we choose the right Contractor for the job. Tim understood what we were looking for and seemed to be able to picture the house better then we could, and so it began…. During the building process we met with several of TS Construction’s employees and sub-contractors. Every one of them were above and beyond what we were expecting from a construction crew. They were passionate about the jobs that they did and cared about the work they performed. (The framing and sheeting was complete in 5 days, now that’s a dedicated crew). They took the time to speak with us when we showed up on site, and were always more than happy to answer any of our questions we had as watching a house being built was a new experience for us. The venders that TS Construction had us work with to finalize our finishes were amazing as well. They went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted and did everything they could to gives us every option available, while giving sound advice of quality vs cost. Anytime we felt stressed or had a concern on how things were being done (being naive to the building process - there were a lot of things we didn’t understand) Tim was a phone call away. He always made time for us to sit down and talk things through. In the beginning Tim said that building a house was like a marriage, you have to communicate and really listen. You have to say what you really mean and build that trust. He was 100% right about that and we can say that Tim and his crew did an outstanding job communicating with us as the building went on. This journey has been amazing, there were some ups and some downs (like everything in life) but we would not be in our dream home without the expertise and customer service of TS Construction. What an AMAZING crew. We have a ton of respect for how they conduct themselves, how passionate they are about what they do, and how much they truly care about their customers and what their customers want. If we had to give a review rating between 1 – 5 we would have to say a 10.

Between Home Depot and Lowe's, Lowe's is always your best bet, don't believe me try calling Home Depot and then try calling Lowe's. find out for yourself I live in Fairbanks you don't have many opportunities for options so here you go.

All around sporting good chain store. They are very in touch with what Fairbanks wants and needs and are great supporters of the outdoors community in our town.

I love that when I call yo make my pet a appointment for a bath that he gets the same person every time.. I think it makes it better on my dog...

Very professional contractor. Their work is excellent and they are very easy to deal with.

Dan has completed several repairs/projects on my home. His work his perfect. I continue to use Great Pacific Contractors because he's professional, very polite, and cost effective. I highly recommend Great Pacific Contractors.

And being that i just moved here from the desert the lady i spoke with was definitely able to help me find the right jacket to help get me thru my first winter here . And she did an uhzmazeeng job and was beyond helpful. And I'm still inlove and very satisfied with my jacket!!

Ridge Construction just completed my kitchen remodel. I have lived here 47 years and have had some horrible experiences with contractors. This was my third contract with Ridge. Ridge is my top choice because they simply set the bar for everyone else and so far I've found no other contracting company that comes close. I always enjoy dealing with the owner Zaccia Rosati. He is a fair and professional individual. He has a good sense of humor and an all around good personality. All of his employees know and understand Mr. Rosati's demand for nothing but truly outstanding work. Zaccia is a stickler for paying attention to detail. No one in this company has the "close enough attitude" They just took our grungy 1980 kitchen and turned it into a virtual show place. They knocked some walls out. Did a lot of electrical work, new plumbing, cabinet installation, refurbished walls, etc, etc. The wife is thrilled beyond belief. This company bends over backwards to insure their customers are satisfied and happy. Zaccai is not always on site but it is not a problem as he is usually available by phone. His two main go to guys are P.J.(general contracting work) and Pete (the painter) Both are older and extremely experienced in their specialties. I want to personally thank both of them for really caring about the quality of work they did in my home. Even though they are always in demand and busy they are all good about coordinating work times and keeping you in formed about what is going on. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I guarantee you wont find better in our community. I am currently submitting a bid request to three companies to build a garage this summer. Ridge Construction is at the top of my list.
