My experience with Don's Carpet One - Vestavia was absolutely amazing! Keith is very knowledgeable and understood my goals. I went in with a budget to accomplish floors, bathroom vanities and new countertops for both new vanities and the kitchen. Keith fit everything into that budget and my house looks amazing! I would recommend Don's Carpet One to everyone and certainly ask for Keith when you contact them. First Class customer service.

Billy and his team were nothing short of phenomenal to work with during our recent renovation project. They provided very fast, very reasonable quotes, and maintained consistent communication from start to finish. They were incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Billy really listened to us when we explained the look we wanted, and he provided beautiful and high quality options that would also meet our specific needs. Most importantly, he was very careful to help us stay within our budget. Our new wall-to-wall seagrass is one of our very favorite features of our new home. If you are considering any flooring work for your home, don't walk...RUN...to Billy Brown Flooring. You will not find more attentive service or a more perfect finished product anywhere else. Thanks again, Billy and team!!!!

I have waited a while to post this review. My job, even admitted by Billy, was the worst job he had ever seen. They did redo my floors and I accepted them because I wanted to be home. They are still severely sub-par. There is a place in my family room with a round spot where you can tell they put the can of stain down. There is trash still in my floor everywhere. There are dark spots with too much stain in the edges. There are wood stain and putty marks on my front porch. Every time I sweep and mop my floors I want to cry. Please do not hire these people. I used them because State Farm recommended them. You do not have to take your insurance agency's recommendation. Don't. Update on my review Billy and Mr. Devine came out and are going to repair my floors for me. They were very kind and apologized for what happened.

Amazing company! Exceptional customer service and great pricing. Will use them for ALL of my future tile needs.
