Flooring

We had a great experience with this company. We brought them in to replace the carpet in our bedrooms and on our stairs with laminate. They were super easy to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the work. It looks great, and we are really impressed with the final product.

Good place to buy tiles

Gave them a trial run of installing 2 bathroom vanities. It was the most disastrous contractor experience I have had so far. In fact, they tried to 'pad' the bill even though I had a signed contract as to the cost. When that did not work, they asked for another advance (also not mentioned in the contract). Workers were unsupervised most of the time and made several mistakes and did not show up on time. Did I mention they also did a bait and switch in materials? Their sub contractors made several remarks about the unprofessional behaviour of MF staff and lack of direction! I had to dismiss them finally and hired someone else to complete the job. NEVER AGAIN.

One of the best customer service I received. I purchased tile from them and had them install it at my coffee shop. They did a fantastic job! I hired them again for my home, they installed hardwood in the living room and dining ro and carpet in the bedrooms. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Suzanne and her team of specialist at Monarch Floor and Window Coverings are excellent to deal with and very professional. Suzanne recommends top quality products that adjust to your needs and budget. The mobile facility offered is very convenient and of a great help.

Excelent prices but most importantly great service. Bunch of guys who know there stuff and are willing to take the time to help you make the right decision.

Very professional and helpful

Great customer service! I wanted to match the existing plank laminate flooring on the main floor of my townhouse. I hoped to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms install matching flooring and have a clean uniform look. After finally finding the brand name and colour I called all the usual places. They didn't carry this Canadian brand. Paymon found the dealer and got a sample to me within a week. Total pleasure dealing with him. Great price too! Would definitely go here first next time.

Great service , competitive prices and friendly staff

We were highly satisfied with both the product and the quality of installation and would not hesitate to recommend Casa Madera.

My husband and I were very happy with the refinishing job on our hard wood floors. The refinisher Claudio was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend him for floor refinishing.

We wanted to complete some renovations in a very short time and were very glad that every transaction with Ethical Flooring flowed easily and timely. Communications were clear and respectful and the floor itself looked beautiful and well installed. We are glad that we selected your services. Thank you. Monica & Otto

I met Grant from Beatty Floors a few years ago and took a tour of their facility in Vancouver. They have a tremendous selection of high quality products as well as a great team of professional installers. Grant is knowledgeable, professional and experienced in flooring, I would highly recommend him as a starting point for any project that requires his expertise.

Prompt and efficient all around. The gentleman did my floors was incredibly patient and produced an exceptional result.

We called many companies to compare pricing for: laminate/underlayment/baseboards (per sqft), delivery fee, cost for moving furniture, removal/disposal of carpet, levelling (if needed)etc. Vancouver Mouldings and Floorings provided the products and services which were an ideal fit for our needs. They offered competitive price on quality laminate floors (Swiss made, AC5, 12mm, mold, stain and water resistant), as well as for labor and underlayment. Ben and Rocky are one of the most friendly and helpful people we've worked with so far. They are curteous and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. The installers, headed by Leon, work diligently to have the laminate flooring put into place in a short amount of time. We are very happy with the quality and service provided by the company!

Terrific people. Great installation service backed with knowledge and integrity! Penny manages installs and scheduling like a true pro!
