New owners have renovated and rebranded this furniture store. They have kept the character and charm of the old building while opening and brightening it up for better flow. Great selection of a variety of products make this local business worthy of a visit. The new owners have a hands on approach and are delightful to engage in conversation.

Enjoyed looking through the stuff. Not much negotiating though. Didn't end up buying anything. Thought some of it over priced for the condition it was in. I always go back. I've had good luck in past finding what I liked

I went Couch shopping with my friend and we went to the Brick in Brockville. Ryan is spectacular!! Not pushy at all. He is so honest and helpful, I also bought a couch. The whole staff was VERY personable. I also loved the girl with the longer blonde air. Who knew spending $2300 on a new couch could be a great experience? Ryan was so polite, personable and was genuinely interested in fulfilling our needs. And he nailed it. Will definitely go back!!!

As long as I can remember, I have been a regular customer at Staples Brockville. I have always had outstanding customer service whenever I have purchased anything. It is apparent that everyone who works there knows a lot about the products they sell. In my opinion, Bridgett did an excellent job in making sure the photocopies I requested matched the information in the instructions I gave her. Dom, a friendly and experienced store manager, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The store is, and will continue to be, my go-to retailer for all my electronics and office supply needs.

Great service and best prices! We did some shopping around for my couch and Northeast was able to beat the other low priced furniture stores in the Cleveland area. Great delivery and fast set-up. I know where I’m going first for the next item I need!

Nice Furniture store

The staff is rude like once i heard a customer ask too see something and the staff called him a retard for no reason and the staff was also rude too me when i walked in too, the manger is supposed to be a Christian yet there's nothing Christian about her i'm not surprised that they moved as they couldn't afford rent. They will probably shut down within a the next year or so because nobody shops there because of the lack of customer service and people skills this store provides.

This firm has very intelligent and knowledgeable staff, I recommend this firm to anyone in need to any type of design services
