Agreement of the store when you buy anything and pay for the delivery to the store... (12.) National furniture distributes LTD will not accept responsibility for any damages to private property during delivery. Claims if any must be made directly to carrier only... It means, the carriers customer is the store, because the store orders for you delivery and if the delivery guy damages the furniture and you claim to carrier, they can say, who are you? we don't have any deal with you.. This is paragraph 12.. there are lots of tricky paragraphs..

Promised would ship furniture, but keep on delaying. Called in everyday to ask, they said they don't have it. Customer service is horrible, they end up cancelling one of the orders because the furniture we want is not in stock. We paid $100 in advance, so we had to wait.

Custom made furniture

I was referred to the store by my sister who had just bought a lot of furniture from Accent Furniture after moving. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the owner who had a friendly demeanor and was very helpful. I found the prices to be more than reasonable for I had been looking for some time. When the time was close for the delivery of the things I ordered, I was told to go to the Warehouse to make another fabric choice for my couch because the fabric was discontinued. They too were very accommodating and let me take all the time I needed to make a choice.(from a very large selection ) I would add. I got to meet the delivery team a second time and I found them to be very hardworking making every effort to make a good impression. They were polite and funny. I would rate them very highly for they did their job in a very professional manner. I would rate my experience with the store, the Warehouse and the delivery team 9/10. I am very happy with the pieces I chose at Accent furniture.

We had a wonderful experience at The Brick on Dundas and Dixie. Raman provided us with spectacular service, He was very patient as we thoroughly looked at all the different options, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very relaxed, never pushy, just there to add advice and show us the full variety of options whenever necessary. It made what could have been a stressful experience (furnishing a new condo) a totally relaxed and enjoyable one. We were really surprised by a lot of the items available, and left with everything we wanted! We feel very well taken care of, and would recommend him, and that location, to anyone. Fantastic!

They av eye catching furnitures....I got my sectional sofa here April 2016 and it's still look pretty and new,no scratches despite how my kids jump on top a times . So Amazing.Got a new bed frame dis wk which looks superb after setting it up.You need furnitures or any thing for your home just walk in too see the wonderful and everlasting stuffs sama furnishings got.. High quality contract task seating! Grabbed an upholstered IC2 and couldn't be happier! This chair is going to last me 20 years! They don't sell direct to public, but have an amazing showroom and will connect you to a local rep.

Affordable mattresses and furniture

They have different styles of beds and other components. People there are very nice especially the warhouse guys... I usually visit the store.
