If you are looking to buy furniture do not go to the First Choice Furniture. I had my couch done over 3 times / delivered 3 times with multiple defects. If you are looking to buy i STRONGLY ADVISE you NOT to go buy from them, they are cheating, lying , spammers and VERY dishonest. He has no values and no business ethics. Currently I have been left with no couch and he refuses you to refund the money and insist to keep remaking the couch. Is this right?

I’ve bought a coffee table set that is not fitting in the dining room, called the staff they’re not friendly or willing to help at all even tho we paid 12,000 for it once they made sale they washed their hands off and we told we’re not asking for refudn, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone because all furniture stores do help customers and they give exceptionas but not this one.

Pretty big store like others. I like the arrangement and helping staff. Has lots of parking space. Also good clearance area. Lot of cash counters and also self checkout. They also had a food area with tasty treats. Love this store.

Well organized showroom and high end furniture!

I was recommended to Moin by a friend. I am beyond happy and greatly satisfied with his work. Outstanding quality and service. There were many choice of style and color. We had the opportunity to go to his show room and see the variety of furniture's. Moin was very helpful and amazing customer service. The delivery was on time and quick. I would most definitely recommend MD Home Furniture to my family and friends. Keep up the great work !!!!

Bought chairs from them that was used it was wet and smelled like vinegar I tried to touch it and the employee quickly said no no it's wet you can sit on it when you get it delivered. Long story short when it go delivered and a few hours later I was smelling strong urine and body odor lingering on the chocolate fabric couch then about two weeks later found BED BUGS😞😢😢😞😞😞😢😢😢

Where do I start? Bought the Hestia gas firepit table over a month ago and that's when the nightmare began. Everything seemed fine until we received our shipment and realized the .tabletop was missing and one corner of the base unit at the top was bent. Contacted the shipping company first and they acknowledged that the tabletop was missing. Said they would find it....3 days later and item still didn't appear. Contacted Home Depot (originally ordered through them.....a 35 minute wait in the phone queue) and after lots of back and forth with the shipping company, us, and Home Depot, a new tabletop was ordered and delivered. When item arrived, 2 of the connecting holes were so misaligned that after 45 frustrating minutes of trying every which way to line everything up and screw it together, we gave up and ended up with only 2 of the holes actually screwed and bolted together. Also didn't receive enough lava rocks so had to go out and buy more of those. The instructions included with the tabletop said there was a centre tray but we did not receive the centre tray. Called Home Depot again and they told us to call the vendor. I asked to talk to a Home Depot supervisor and was told no one could talk to me. Really??? When we contacted OnSight they admitted that they sent the wrong instructions and there is no centre tray. We eventually got a $100 gift certificate from Home Depot to make up for this horrible experience. The actual firetable looks nice and works OK but this was just too much hassle and I will not order from OnSight or Home Depot again.
