No pushy sales people, listened to what I wanted. Super friendly

Avanti is looking after our temporary furniture during our renovations and are doing a fantastic job of getting everything set up. The installers even offered to help move some heavy filing cabinets while they were here so that our accounting department didn't have to! Ken and his team are a pleasure to work with.

You know when you are having one of those days when you accidentally mix your chemicals up. Well I recently had one of those days and let me tell you, I panicked. As soon as I did it, I knew I mess up and phoned Paradise LeisureScapes right away and talked with Jen. She was amazing and helped me through the process to get my levels back to where they need to be, even after hours. She guided me thought the whole process as I added chemicals to reverse what I did. This whole process took about a total of 10 hours to do, a few test strips and pictures being sent to Jen. We were doing all of this till about 9:30pm on a Saturday night and again Sunday morning. Where else do you get service like that, taking time out of there own personal family time to help someone out? I can’t thank Jen enough for helping me out and fixing the tub.

The service is TERRIBLE. The prices are crazy! If there was ANY other choice in the city, I promise I would never be back. I avoid going there at all cost.

I can’t remember when I’ve had service of the quality I had at Casa Decor. Arlene was unbelievably helpful and so informed about the quality and construction of the sofa I recently bought. And while I had my heart set on a particular sofa which I wasn’t sure would fit in our condo (good news—it did!), she was ready to help me find another comparable alternative. Then Tim got involved with the moving of and setting up of the sofa and he too went beyond my expectations. Their moving company: Parsons, also fantastic.
