The staff are amazing, they go the distance to help get what you need, they are totally cool, fun, make you feel comfortable and like you belong there. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Employees close the store an hour before posted hours.. don't waste your time or fuel.

It's new location of case furniture c/o Ashley furniture. It's right opposite of Chevron commercial card lock .They start 7:30 to 17:00 . Staff here is so nice & polite. The take bit long to unload because load mostly on floor which takes time . They have public washroom & free coffee. Not enough space inside for 53' trailer but u still can make a turn in side ( not easily). It's usually first come first service.

By far the best and handcrafted production HARDWOOD furnature I have ever laid eyes on. And its backed by a solid warrenty from the very family who makes it.

We were really happy with the service, and time they put into helping us. From walking in the door to the final sale. They were honest and were not pushy at all. We loved the buying experience with them, better then other places we’ve been to. When it comes to help after the sale, they lacked communication. We needed to get a piece replaced that was cracked. They said they can do it. However, we were met with the same responses each time we called and they where disorganized amoug the employees. Only one person could help us and that made things difficult if they were not in. I have not heard from them since. We did give up after awhile because more important matters needed our attention. So who knows what the result could have been if I called one more time. They do have a great selection and are extremely friendly, but the communication after the sale is lacking.

I enjoyed my experience with Ashley Furniture Home Store from start to finish. While shopping in the store I was given the space and respect needed to make my purchasing decisions. The owner/operators were diligent in presenting me with all the appropriate pricing details and measurements. Once my decision was made the order was placed promptly and delivery was made with the upmost care and convience. There was an issue with one of the couches and the owner took it upon himself personally to send a truck, fix the problem and deliver the merchandise back promptly. The staff even asked if we needed a temporary couch in the meantime. I was beyond impressed with Ashely Furniture Home Store in Grande Prairie and would recommend their business to anyone.

Great work with fair pricing

I was referred to Ed by someone who had used him in the past and who had raved about his work. After our first meeting, I knew he was a true craftsman. Ed quoted us on two chairs and a rocking chair that was in desperate need of some love. He fixed all the issues and even conditioned the wood. He also took the time to research the makers of the chairs and give us some more info about the original designer and total value. It did take longer than expected to have them completed but I would not hesitate to go back as the results were beyond what I was expecting and I couldn’t be happier.

Great staff, great selection, great prices. Do not go to Walmart for stationery, because you will be ripped off of you do. I went to Walmart for puzzle glue and it was too expensive, so I went here and it was half the price and came with a brush. They also have great art supplies, including manga/comic illustration tools, oil and water based paints, coloring pencils, and more. And USB sticks, and fountain pen supplies, and also regular pens and pencils.
