Manish was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He gave me a great price on the sofa bed I wanted and when it wouldn't fit into my place he worked with me to come up with a solution. I would definitely deal with him again.

Came here just to look and there’s lots of furniture displays set up and it’s quite big too(not as big as their flagship in vancouver though). The staff are also super nice and helpful. Like other Moes it smells great too 🤪

Delivery delayed by weeks and when I recieved my furnitures they looked like second hand/floor models when I was charged full price and was suppose to get brand new furnitures. I don't recommend them at all. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Worst customer service ever. Never buy anything thing from this place . Even if the item never opened same day no return what so ever . They're super nice until they get your money. Once they got it , It turn ugly Update: August 3.2018 Few days ago the Brick head office contacted me and enquired about my issue with Surrey Branch. They were very polite and understanding. They work with me to resolve the issue . Thanks head office. Issue resolved This is the good customer service for future business.

Update. Dealing with the delivery drivers and customer service has been a complete nightmare. I'm tempted to tell them to come pick up everything that we bought and give us a full refund. I'm now waiting for the 3rd delivery truck to give us everything that we paid for. I've had to call them 3 times with mistakes they have made. the last driver finally dropped off the hose for the dryer which isn't working. can they exchange it? no I have to make a warranty claim for it even though it was dead on arrival. They have one chance to make this right. First thing an item was delivered with a stain on it. Second thing they didnt deliver any of our additional parts for our Landry Third thing they missed an item completely that we wanted to purchase. Fourth thing a week after the first delivery with no laundry they deliver the dryer part but not the washer part. Fifth thing the dryer doesn't work. Sixth thing they want us to wait another 2 days for the part for the washer. Seventh thing I have to make a warranty claim against a dead on arrival Dryer. I will update this review once they either fix everything or continue to drop the ball. Thank you Robert for helping my husband and I with our appliances and furnishing our new home. You let us pick out everything we wanted and made sure we got the best deal. Your product knowledge with appliances was exactly what we needed to make the right choice and to top it off you knew so much about the mattresses that you were able to help us make the right decision based on our needs for my neck issues and my husbands quality of sleep! I cant say enough good things about you. We will always ask for your help in the future when it comes to buying our home furnishings!

I must say I am extremely pleased by the service provided by Kamal. Whatever he assured for the bedroom suite , it was all fulfilled. I am pretty amazed of the service I am got especially when he called me after a week of the purchase about my experience and feedback, I told him I am really happy with his service and yes I would like to recommend furniture land for you. In future would definitely go to get a custom couch which Kamal showed me some, the custom couch had many options to choose from.

I dealt with Josie who was very helpful and friendly. When we found the sofa we wanted she helped me pick out the color and material. She also helped me find the perfect sofa table and matching end table. I would recommend MJM furniture to anyone and to ask for Josie for great help and a really good deal.

We were looking for for dresser table with drawers,Amit helped us finding the best in our budget that matched with our bed colour as well. His communication skills were excellent i felt i was heard and was presented with the best product of Brick. I would recommed Amit to other customerS too

The delivery service is excellent. Both fellows are courteous and took great care when bringing in two different deliveries- the 1st one was six pieces delvd in May and the other was an 8 ft sofa in July. Working with Jack in the showroom was a pleasure; helpful, very knowledgeable, Thanks to all!

Excellent furniture.

Good prices, selection, nice staff and lots of parking. Its easy to shop here and they have some things I dont find elsewhere. Plus you save money...today raspberries were 1.29, same raspberries on the same day at the other local grocery store ....5.99!

Super nice experience in this IKEA! From sales staff to returning department staff, everyone there are willing to help! We met a blue eyed girl named Lauren who always has a lovely smile on her face. We have a bed frame and slat base need to return, somehow the slat base isn't on the same receipt. She helps us to solve the problem, we feel very appreciate for what she have done for us!!
