I got my dining table from here

We ordered a 3 seater sofa which was made to measure to fit in our new flat. We received an excellent service from the initial design process all the way through to the delivery a couple of weeks back. You can really feel the high quality of the fabric and cushions when sitting down and we're assured that the sofa will be with us for a lifetime!

Really nice items but customer service in the store can be hopeless and staff not particularly knowledgeable or helpful. Ordered a large mirror which arrived cracked and it was a palava trying to get the replacement. Because we ordered it in store they expected us to come and bring the old one back. The mirror was huge and couldn’t fit in s normal car! Also, why are the delivery charges (particularly on smaller items) so expensive? The store doesn’t seem to have much stock - both items we wanted weren’t in stock - and in those situations I think they could deliver the items FOC. Overall such a shame because the furniture is lovely but let down by a number of key areas.

A big thanks to the staff who made us so welcome and they were more than helpful. Highly recommended.

Tried to visit showroom on regent street, though the website says you are open on Saturdays from 9 to 5. Waited for couple of hours at the door. There was no response. Very fustrating after travelling for two hours returned back with no joy.

I had a great experience with the staff here on a weekday evening with plenty of space and informative information with options. It was my second time looking at mattresses and was very close to the model I wanted and was just deciding between firmness levels. Price was great and just waiting for the mattress to arrive in two weeks!

Worst experience of my life, service was discusting, delivery arrived 2 weeks late, i paid to get the furniture assembled, the bloke that turned up didnt have a clue what he was doing and ended up standing in my house for hours trying to contact his head office for an instruction. In the end i asked him to leave. Never again... stear clear!

Garden furniture in grey rattan - Maestro. The product seems to be of good quality. However, the 3 seater sofa and the 4 seater sofa (supplied in 3 pieces) were damaged during delivery (frame damaged on all items). I managed to repair 2 pieces (straighten aluminium frame). Beliani proposed to replace the other 2 pieces but I had to wait 5 weeks. Upon arrival, one piece is still damaged and they have not offer to replace it. The furniture is made in China. The quality of the packaging is very poor so the risk of transportation damage is high. Even if the price is good, I will never use Beliani again.

I am so glad I ordered this chair bed. It’s a gorgeous green velvet and looks really luxurious. It came flat packed but just needed the legs screwing on (it took 20 mins max to assemble). It feels sturdy and looks great in my room. The delivery was earlier than expected and very smooth. I would definitely recommend MADE to friends and family. 👍

Looked at Molteni's website and was impressed with the way the furniture looked. Since we are renovating our house, I decided to pop in during my lunch hour and ask to be showed around the shop, tell me about prices, units, types of furniture and so on, and explain how the prices work. Big mistake! The shop assistant told me that this furniture is "very expensive" and didnt seem particularly interested about taking me around. To understand how things work, sizes, prices, etc was rather impossible, as the shop assistant just was giving me the "look" and saying that it is "very expensive". She kept saying that they have "cheaper" finish to the units I wanted to find out about, but otherwise they are "very expensive" and I got an impression that i needed to bring my bank statement with me in order to show that i am worthy of their attention. I felt that I didnt look rich enough for her to spend her time with me. At the end, after failing to get answers to any of my questions, i just said that i better go, since she didnt seem to be interested in my custom at all. To which the shop assistant just said "yeah". I am still in a state of a shock. I am not going to spend a penny in this shop. Shame, as I really liked the furniture. I noticed that other reviewers had good experience with this shop, so maybe my experience was a one-off kind of thing, but it made me feel extremely unpleasant and effectively ruined my day.

Such sleekness and originality! Base, practical, functional, interesting pieces for use. Carmen Constantine interiors, beautiful spinal en vogue furniture!

I cannot recommend these buffoons.

Great selection of items. Lovely space. Staff are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, preferring their own conversations to even simple greetings and offers to help.
