My grandkids always enjoy there self at Highland Park. I lived in that neighborhood back in the 70tys. Always a great park to visit.

Nice place for the kids. Food is a little on the high side but delicious. Place always feels unclean. Can't explain it. Been there several times but always feel dirty when leaving. A very yucky feeling.

A very fun course to play, great condition, excellent ownership. Will be returning.

This course reflects all the hospitality what Southside Virginia offers. A delightful staff and a course that is mantained by only a few groundsmen. In Northern Va. it takes a dozen to do what this staff gets done daily! The members are great and the club give a terrffic value for the dues paid. Hats off to South Hill Country Club!

Beautiful course that will surprise you!

Employee's can't bring guests even if they pay the 15 dollars. Renting the pool is nearly 1,000 dollars as well as having to be a member for it so you might as well just go to the lake or something for a special occasion. I believe an employee should have the same rights as a member so it kind of disappoints me and having the over priced options about it is a down plus as well.

Best BBQ in the entire area! Buy a jar of sauce also.

Well...I give them one star because you have to. Let me tell my story. On my trip from Northern Virginia to Charlotte NC, I experienced a check engine light and 2 other warning light, where upon I navigated the nearest auto care shop, this was the one. When I walked in no one was in the counter area, a gentleman appeared and eyed me up and down as I explained my situation and asked if they, could help in any way...the response...just shook his head NO, I said thank you and left. This "gentleman", and I use this term loosely, did not say a single word as in a greeting, an explanation of why, or apology towards why...NOT A SINGLE WORD! From my angle either customer service is non existent OR...maybe they don't care for a certain kind of people...I would lean towards the latter. I would advise against ever going here if you are of a "certain kind" or if you don't agree with this mentality, they just need to make their living off those that they deem "their kind" Sad...truly sad

Nice little place. Had a wedding rehearsal dinner and then the wedding reception here. Friendly staff, easy to work with.
