Just got back from Smokin Joe's Lodge and had a trip of a lifetime, Arlene was so warm and inviting i felt like i was visiting a close friend. She has connections for guides, boats and excursions that is the best of the best on all the surrounding rivers. She runs a top operation and i would suggest staying and fishing with Smokin Joes

Our mid-summer vacation booked with Alaska Our Way had to be cancelled due to ferry mechanicals. We re-scheduled a shorter vacation for September, not relying so much on the ferry. Our agent with Alaska Our Way, Carol Pipgras, is our hero. We received refunds for all tours, lodging, ferry travel. Can't say enough good things about Carol and Alaska Our Way. Great 9 hole disc golf course with double Tee's for difficulty or to make it an 18 hole. Bring your Xtra tuff's and a few extra discs that you don't care to loose out there. It's over grown and swampy on a significant portion of the course.

Ok hotel. It provide breakfast in a cafeteria, with a gorgeous view of the bay. The room is clean, although a bit old. Very quite. The buildings are not connected, and if you want to go from one building to another, you need to go downstairs, and there is no elevator. Not friendly to disabled people.
