Very friendly service. Two thumbs UP

Visited this facility January 10th, 2018. Upon entry, I was greeted my a friendly enthusiastic receptionist. This place in particular felt very warm and welcoming. The receptionist then appointed me to the person I needed to speak with. Mr. Hazard is a very knowledgeable man, he has served this facility for over 30 years. As well, he was able to provide me with information to better serve him and their company. Will most definitely visit this company in the near future.

Great selection friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Told they would order product keep you waiting for weeks and dont bother returning calls. Then make up excuses for lost order. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Stay away!!

Great service helpfull staff

Smaller store. Good variety on hand, if it's not there it is easy to order in.

Very good

Our go to place for bird feeders , bird seeds and all things bird related. Friendly knowledgable staff. Will drive out of my way to go here.i was first introduced to the squirrel buster line of products here and have since bought all our squirrel busters here 7 different varieties. They have a vast array of seed and feed and suet as well. Besides bird supplies they do carry a lot of items that you would only find in home hardware. My go to place for bird and bird supplies

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! Great inventory.

Some of the staff are nice and are helpful. I bought brake line parts for my car recently and found out that they sold us the wrong parts. Spent over 60$ and received wrong parts. Wasn't happy to find out that the parts that I had bought were the wrong ones. Especially since they were brake line parts which is very important. I will not be going to them again unfortunately because if they can't sell me the right parts for brakes than how can I trust that they will sell me the right parts at all. Making sure you sell the right parts to your customers is a huge deal Especially working with vehicle parts. Unfortunately I can't get them refunded but I've learned my lesson to find the right places to buy parts for my vehicle. Hopefully they will not make these mistakes everyday . they wouldn't want someone to get in an accident due to wrong parts being sold to their customers.

Had lots of sale item I was after and cashier was very friendly

Good people and always helpful, familiar faces.

Everything is very well priced, and most BMR branded product is cheaper, better, and canadian made.
