If you're looking for hardware, Fastenal is a great place to shop. I wish the inventory was larger, but what is not available right away can always be ordered and picked up the next day. Easy to access locations and helpful staff.

Went on a Sunday looking for a vanity set. Found the one we wanted and someone took the time and actually, got it out from the back for us, on a dolly, ready to roll out for purchasing-- awesome! Tony had a great understanding of going-out-of-your-way service. Lowe's should be proud of him and appreciate his natural care for customers. Great experience!

Very negative, been treated by store manager like I am a fool. For the web error got sort of formal apologies. They cover their back by term and condition and pointing to it. The fine print actually allows them to do whatever they do and be absolutely irresponsible. No one has been rude, but my feeling like a bin of garbage been empty on me. No one cares about my wasted time, about my disappointments and frustrations.
At least, this particular visit :-(
