I'm waiting in line as I'm writing this. I had an appointment for 5:20 pm, it's now 6:00 pm and we haven't even had a chance to talk to anyone. There is one person managing the service counter, and 4 on the sales floor. Seems simple enough to put a second person at the service counter seeing as there's no lineup in sales. I've waited less time at the doctor. If there was another option in Moncton I would certainly go there. Next time I'll mail it for repair and skip this frustration. Complete disappointment
