Penny's Hardware & Plumbing

Poor customer service, unfriendly, seems to have no interest in helping customers. Customers actually seem to be more of an annoyance than anything. Was sworn at for asking a question. Will never go back.

Abc Rental Supply

We are recent customers who received online merchandise, and needed to contact customer service. Expecting the usual monotone, rude service we all get from companies today, we were blown away by the outstanding, professional, charming and friendly customer service provided by Steve (Castleman sp?) and his team. We would do business with ABC Rental Supply again and again. Thanks for great work, and for bringing back customer service! New Jersey Customer

Helpful, attentive people, friendly and respectful. A local place for supplies and advice too. Nice to go to a place where you can browse and breathe, not like the big places which really don't have time or talent to care about a customer.
