Stopped by late on a Saturday afternoon,asked about a certain instrument,didn't have that model ,price I asked ,quoted me a price ,wow same as it was online,in about a week ,told him the problem I was having with mine ,bring it in he says ,so I did ,and the tech set it up and serviced it on the spot ,25 bucks,bought new strings and walked out extremely happy ,great prices ,but best of all great service ,I will buy my next piece there

I purchased a shirt from this place and it was much smaller than the size. I live out of province so the owner asked to send it back which I did with the receipt. He was to send me a larger size. That was 3 months ago! After several messages I finally got him live and he refused to mail another size back even after I offered to pay for the shipping. He then said I don't have time for this and not worth my while and hung up! What kind of customer service is that? AnyobA going to that store? Tell the owner he owes a shirt to someone!
