Excellent service

Ron Wakita is only friendly to people if they are spending money in his store or furthering his investments. I refuse to spend any time or money in his store, I will goto Bradley's bait and tackle where it's a much friendlier environment. I would not recommend his chartering services either, he will gouge anyone who isn't familiar with the area. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere, including his construction business as well.

Was just travelling around the Yukon from Alberta, and my partner and I both needed medical help at different times. Had a male dr in Fort Saint John BC who tried to explain menstruation to me instead of answer my questions, and a pharmacist at this location in Whitehorse easily help us out with dignity and respect. I wish the pharmacist was my doctor. He was polite and concise and listened to our concerns. Top notch. Might move to Whitehorse to have him as my pharmacist.

I have lived in the Yukon my whole life, I have raised 4 children, celebrated many bdays, fathers/mothers days, Christmas, Canada days, Halloween’s etc here. I like to go all out and make every occasion a good time😊 This store, though over priced, has happily seen many of my hard earned dollars spent here. That all changed this weekend when I, and my well mannered daughter were shopping for pride decorations. I over heard an incredibly rude older employee telling my young daughter in a very mean tone that she has to buy the nail polish she had opened to look at the colour. I called the lady out on it, told her she was nothing short of a bully. I left my full cart there and went to Walmart instead. Funny thing is, had she just explained in a kind/humane way to my daughter or myself that she shouldn’t open them to see the colour I would have apologized and gladly bought the nail polish along with all the other things I had planned to purchase. Never have nothing

We had a tire issue (CT product) and dropped into this store to get it checked out, I have not had a good experience with CT prior to this however we were out the door after a $0 warranty work which included balancing and rotation in 45 mins. So kudos to these folks, a pat on the shoulders for a good job done.

Great place, just a bit expensive, but that is not their fault, everything in Skagway is a bit more expensive.

Handy local shop for day to day DIY stuff

Most unwelcoming place ever

Never buy anything from this shop! Everything is non refundable and they don't mention anywhere at the till, apart from the payment receipt ( when you actually pay). No I do not want store credit! Not too sure in what century this shop thinks they are. Appetantely the store lowers are saying is legal and the staff will follow up regarding my refund, but I think I'll follow mysef how actually legal it is.
