I have never been so embarrassed in my life. So unprofessional, I have lived in Terrace all my life and have never been treated more poorly. I will never go back to this business they should be ashamed of themselves

Well organized and great customer service. Will definitely be back.

Hello i was in last week and a kind man named Grant helped me pick out the perfect ratchet straps it was what i needed to finish my project i had if i ever see him again i hope he is doing well.

We had our water heater replaced a few months ago. We got this number from the sticker on our old heater that was 8 years old. I hope the new one will last at least that long. I had some questions and they were answered quite patiently, we scheduled an appointment and everything went very smooth. The price was quite reasonable.

A very cool concept. Good to know it's there.

I had .a problem with a tap that I couldn't remember where I'd bought. I went into, Just add water, to see if they could give me some advice. Joan swooped on the problem and right away had a resolution from the manufacturer. The customer service and quality of attention they provided is sadly something you rarely see today. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will make them my first call for any future plumbing requirements.

Very reasonable prices on cornware and cooking pots and pans.
