Great place so much to look at

Great friendly knowledgeable staff

First the products are outstanding, second the service and attention to detail are over the top great and third, the pricing is very fair. We are recommending this business to all our friends and family.

Loveeee the home decor items! I want to buy it all

Best services in all of North Vancouver. Mr.Fred is a highly skilled computer expert. Highly recommend everyone to check it out.

Great for all your houseware needs. I love this store

I didn't know much about fixing radios, and I am not one to throw things out needlessly, but when I took my Horizon VHF in to get bench tested after having issues with receiving, the employees basically took $168 out of my pocket. I am not in the VHF or radio business, but Startech is. The nice thing that they should have said on April 9, 2018 was: *Don't waste your money on bench test of $100, then repair of $50 and tax of $18 for a total of $168, particularly when we won't warranty the repair work, go out and buy a new one. *If you have to repair a VHF that is older, it is simply better to buy new and something reliable. *Here is a suggestion...... But they didn't. My radio didn't receive after I simply adjusted the squelch. I went back to them and they offered nothing and that was even after the front desk checked further up the food change. I am also in sales. When I see a customer that is making a potentially bad choice, I warn them off and give them options. That is what professionals do and it tends to keep the customers coming back.

Great service. Been going there for years

Excellent service by very friendly and accommodating staff

Knowledgeable staff. Extreme helpful and prompt service.

For many years, I spent a lot of money and time at the Westside Lordco, very competitive pricing, friendly service. A special thank you to Bruce, Eric, Anna and Shane for going above and beyond

Staff were very helpful and friendly

Great experience working with Pavel. Probably the best service as far as scaffold rental and I have rented a lot

They saved my life May 2010! Thank you nurse Gord and colleagues! ❤💋

Excellent inventory of supplies for wide range of projects. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Interesting classes are available

Shelves are usually well-stocked, but there is not a very good selection of toys or other items. The staff are usually nice and the place is (or seems to be,) air conditioned. The food is mediocre, though I highly suggest not buying food from a Dollarama or Dollar Tree. Overall mediocre experience, but I expected more from a Dollarama. I would recommend coming here if you can't reach a Dollar Tree to buy some cheap items.

Helpful,good products, 2 For 1 sale now on😀

These guys are always so helpful and easy to work with. I've never had to wait for service. They always give you a friendly greeting as soon as you enter the store. Make sure you ask for your BCAA discount if you have membership!

Fantastic service and pricing. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. These guys don't try to sell you their products, but listen to your needs and try to help.
