Hearing Aid

Audiologist was very kind and personable. Staff was also the same. Would recommend based on customer service alone. My dblockers I ordered are custom but will take over a month to come in. Would like if it was shorter wait times

I have dropped by the office on several occasions to purchase hearing aid batteries and on occasion have had my hearing aid cleaned and adjusted better to suit me. The office staff has always been friendly and very helpful and they have great tasting snacks on the reception desk top. The cleaning and adjustments on my hearing aids has been great and again the office personnel has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks for being there Hearing Aid Institute you have made my wearing hearing aids very pleasant and easy to receive help and assistance. Thanks again, Fred Beyer I stopped by the office this week and needed to purchase some batteries and the office staff was very pleasant and helpful. These folks have been absolutely great to several older adults in my life. I am absolutely thrilled to have a hearing center which is so caring and kind.

I went to 3 different doctors to get my ears cleaned they all had an excuse as to why they were unable to do it. I went and saw Dr. Patricia and her husband and she had me fixed up and on my way in 30 min. I do believe I can hear a pin drop on carpet at 50 yards!

I just went in for a hearing test but I had a really awesome experience. The staff were very friendly and nice, I had a great time talking to them. The doctor took the time to address all the concerns that I had. He explained everything that he did to make sure that I fully understood what he was doing.

I was quite apprehensive for my first appointment at Soundwave. However, DEANNE was amazing !! She was so patient and understanding and I very quickly felt at ease . I never felt rushed at any time and she explained everything so clearly and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. I have since returned to the office several times and have always been treated so well . I would definitely recommend this Soundwave clinic to anyone who is thinking about seeking treatment for any degree of hearing loss.
