Caring staff

Have gone twice now and didn't schedule me enough time for full exam. Missed another appointment because of car trouble. No f/u, I had to call them to reschedule. Difficulty finding place inside a dr's office. Should have been given better directions when appointment was made. Nice personel.

Spencer has helped change my life he is an amazing man who cares deeply about his patients. He has worked with me to help me be able to obtain a hearing aid and provide flexible payment arrangements for me and my family on a fixed income. Before i wasn't able to hear the phone, the alarm clock, the baby monitor, or door bell. Spencer has helped change my life. I can finally hear my 2 year old say i love you mommy. Hi, my name is Lori. I’ve been going to Audiology and Hearing Center in Peckville. I had a hearing aid for a few years but recently lost my hearing completely a short time ago. Becky, from the first phone call about the hearing loss was so informative and compassionate. She assured me Dr. Stone would help. Well she was right! Dr. Stone set me up with a “Cross Fit” hearing aid. The first time she whispered in my ear to check it, I cried. I never thought I would hear in that ear again. Dr. O'Bell is a true caring professional. She has showed the highest levels of caring for my 90 year old mother and spends more time with her than you'd expect for this sort of service.
